Welcome to the Frond community. Frond yoga encompasses vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative and yin-style yoga classes taught by Rebecca May, plus holistic well-being services. Rebecca is passionate about the benefits that yoga, bodywork and deep nature connection can bring to anyone, in body, mind and spirit. She is also passionate about supporting others on their unique personal healing journeys through offering holistic healing therapies, including Thai massage and reiki.
